At BPIL we believe that the injection moulds and tools ensure a high quality finish on the hangers.
Using the latest technology and state of the art CNC machining capability our moulds are manufactured using through-hardened steel (56 Rockwell) to guarantee flash-free repeatability over many years. We also follow strict mould care and maintenance procedures.
